In addition this session will provide you with skills to elevate your ability to distribute the puck with fundamental passing techniques focusing on the core elements of executing accurate passes: tape to tape passing and area passes while learning to scan the ice, reading and making informed decisions based on recognizing passing lanes.

6 hours video and personal evaluation, (1.5 hours daily)

To ensure maximum progress, our clinic utilizes coaches video sessions before players touch the ice. The coaches’video sessions mirror on-ice activities by showing players NHL examples, where skills can be slowed down and explained in detail. This will enhance the player’sunderstanding of the movement by seeing it played out at a higher level. Once players are on-ice they can demonstrate their knowledge and get personalized coaching feedback throughout the process. Through a combination of demonstrations, individual feedback and small-group work, players will gain the necessary tools to become a more well-rounded and effective player.

2 hours off-ice, (30 minutes daily)

In addition to honing your skills, this clinic prioritizes physical conditioning and fitness. For players to maintain their on-ice performance, the off-ice sessions will focus on improving players mobility and flexibility. Some key components of the off-ice are dynamic warm-up and flexibility training. We will begin with a dynamic warm up routine that activates your muscles and prepares your body for the workout ahead. Through a series of dynamic stretches, mobility exercises, you will increase blood flow and range of motion. After the on-ice sessions, we will include a static stretching routine to improve players’ overall recovery and movement capabilities.
