Clinic at Sobe Ice Arena August 3 - 5

Spots are very limited. I am only accepting a small group of players. I want to help everyone but I must be fair. First come first serve.

Day 1 will be about introducing the playeras to the mindset and intention of the clinic. What the expectations are and examples of what the coach will be conveying and later demonstarting on the ice. It is important skills are conyed in a way that best represesnts true practice to game type of skills. The video gives the players a chance to conceptualize the skill and see it performed in vbarious sitations by the best in the world.

There will be one on ice session on day 1, players will have the opportunity to practice and recieve coaching feedback.

Day 2 will be more about the right type of mentality and mind set players need in order to be succsessful: this includes charecter traits when meeting coaches to training routtines and habits like diet and sleep. We will together maticulously go through an off ice activity that consists of teaching players proper stretching form, how to warmup the body, and how it feels to push past a treshhold. The on ice sessions will be aimed toward game awereness and skills that translate into game performances.

There will be two on ice sessions on day 2.

Day 3 will be about having this newfound information, what have players absorbed and how willing are they to implement the attitude, skills and habits required to play at their highest potential.

There will be one on ice session on day 3. Players can depart after.
